Center for Psychological Services & Development
The Center for Psychological Services and Development (CPSD) assists individuals and families in need of counseling and assessment with affordable services provided by professionals and graduate students in the mental health field. The CPSD is operated through the Department of Psychology at Virginia Commonwealth University. They provide training for clinical and counseling practicum students in the doctoral psychology programs, and for graduate students in related mental health fields. The students are supervised by faculty members who hold licenses in mental health professions, including licensed psychologists, licensed rehabilitation counselors, and licensed clinical social workers. The CPSD offers a wide range of services including services for anxiety disorders and attention deficit hyperactivity disorders.
